Property inspection
We verify that the seller has not concealed any legal defects related to your chosen property. If necessary, we can also arrange and coordinate an inspection of any physical defects on the property. We will not allow you to discover that you have bought an apartment with mold or a house with a faulty roof after you’ve already purchased the property. We will check that the sellers themselves have not not withheld any information that could complicate or jeopardize the entire purchase process.
Review of reservation and purchase agreements, escrow of funds
We will review your reservation and/or purchase agreement, point out any deficiencies, and propose amendments in your best interest. ignature verification and certified document conversion are a given in our law firm. If required, we can also provide secure escrow services. The release of funds from escrow is carried out in a controlled and transparent manner, in accordance with the agreed conditions, and you are kept informed throughout the entire process.
Purchase agreement and escrow
We will oversee the entire process of registering ownership rights, from filing the application through to the final entry in the Land Register. You don't need to deal with authorities or deadlines — we handle it all. We know the Land Register inside and out and will keep you informed at every step.
Property handover
We are ready to assist you with the handover of your newly purchased property and ensure that this crucial step goes smoothly and without complications.

- From property inspection to handover
In the case of more complex transactions (resolving any legal defects in real estate, ensuring the inspection of physical defects, etc.), our remuneration will be agreed individually. The agreed fee will always be confirmed in advance, before we begin any work.
The standard hourly rate outside of the packages listed is CZK 3,100 + VAT.
