How our cooperation works
Get in touch with us by phone, email, or via the contact form. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours and discuss what what kind of legal support you need. Based on your requirements, we will recommend a suitable legal service package or prepare an individual price offer. Once you approve, we get to work.
Reservation agreement
To ensure the security of your property sale, we will assist you in preparing or reviewing the reservation agreement.
Purchase and escrow agreement
We will prepare a purchase and escrow agreement always tailored to your needs and protecting your rights as the seller. If the agreements have already been drafted, we will identify any unfavorable or risky provisions and propose amendments in your best interest to ensure maximum protection. We will ensure that your money is safe in our escrow account. You are kept informed at every step of the process. Signature verification and certified document conversion are a standard part of our services.
Land Registry and transfer of ownership
We will oversee the entire process, from the reservation agreement to the entry in the Land Registry. You won't have to deal with authorities or deadlines. We are well-versed in Land Registry procedures.

- From property inspection to handover
In the case of more complex transactions (resolving any legal defects in real estate, ensuring the inspection of physical defects, etc.), our remuneration will be determined by agreement, which we will always bindingly agree upon before commencing our activities
The standard hourly rate outside of the packages listed is CZK 3,100 + VAT.
